Before your appointment
Please complete the client consent form prior to your arrival
If you plan on receiving a chemical peel, enzyme peel, or brow lamination please ensure that you have not waxed or threaded the treated area for at least 3-5 days prior
If you are using any over the counter prescription topicals such as tretinoin, retinol etc. avoid topicals one week before facial treatment
Please discuss any irritations, allergies and medical conditions and or procedures you may have with your esthetician
Contraindications for a peel include ingredient allergies, active facials rashes, open or unidentified lesions, dermatitis, weakened immune system, serious illness, pregnancy, Accutane usage(1 year), diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, Botox(1 week) , injectables( 2weeks), waxing(3-5 days), prescription topicals(1 week), PMU(3-4 weeks), Laser(3-6 months), Facial Surgery ( 6 months).
Dress comfortably as your appointment may take anywhere from an hour - two hours depending on which services
after your appointment
Avoid direct sun exposure and wear sunscreen daily for 2 weeks post peel
Avoid swimming and sauna use for at least 3 days post peel
Avoid waxing 3-5 days post peel
Avoid laser treatments / microdermabrasion for 3 weeks post peel
Avoid any strenuous exercise post peel including but not limited to hot yoga, cycling, etc.
Avoid hot water & steam immediately after treatment
Avoid any mechanical or chemical scrubs/peels/active serums for at least 7 days after treatment
